Τhe first Transnational Project Meeting of our project took place in the beautiful Italian town of Bergamo from the 31st of January to the 1st of February 2024. The meeting was hosted by the partner organization “Il mio lavoro”, which took care of the project team and ensured that the co-working ran smoothly.
Since this marked our initial in person encounter, we seized a valuable chance to personally acquaint ourselves. Throughout the meeting, we had the opportunity to review the goals and purposes of the project. We delved into diverse facets of project management and execution and reviewed the already made accomplishments. At last, but not least we charted out forthcoming steps and timelines.
In particular we discussed the WP1 and thoroughly worked on the questionnaires of WP3, the model of WP2, we settled the deadlines of the modifications and approvals made from all partners on both WP2-3 as well as the deadlines of the translations in our country languages. The partnership also took time to set the dates of our next meeting and deliverables.
The meeting ended and we left full of enthusiasm for the next steps and developments ahead.
