One of the objectives of our project is to raise awareness about HVET pathways. But how can we investigate the lack of information regarding the variety of degrees, job opportunities and knowledge of HVET potentials among families, students, teachers and counselors?
In order to find out the level of awareness we made a survey in all countries involved in the project (Italy, Spain, Sweden and Greece) and the results as you can see in the slide below were revealing.
We addressed a questionnaire made by experts to high school students, diploma holders, high school teachers, school guidance consultants and parents and we received 1.536 responses which led us to the conclusion that the gap of knowledge for HVET and its pathways is significant.
Our goal is to build a bridge and cover the gap, to spread the information so that all target groups are aware, and the choice been made is after taking consideration of all aspects.
